National Children’s Center was founded in 1967 as the Jewish Foundation for Retarded Children, Inc. and has grown and evolved into today’s NCC. Our staff is honored and proud to be with an organization with such a rich and vibrant heritage. We are certainly proud and honored to accept the award on behalf of Dr. Erwin Freidman and thank him and all of our past leaders.
On Sunday, May 3, 2015 members of NCC’s leadership team, including Jesse Chancellor, President and CEO and Patricia Browne, COO, accepted the 2015 ANCOR Foundation’s Legacy Leader’s Award. The award was posthumously awarded to Erwin Freidman Ph. D., former Executive Director of Jewish Foundation for Retarded Children Inc. This award honors career-long contributions of outstanding champions in our industry.
